设备用途：该型号三维数控弯管机，主要用于圆管，方管，空心管，实芯管，异型管等的弯曲成型任务。材料包括碳钢管、不锈钢、铝型材、高温合金及其他有色金属管。
该数控自动右旋(顺时针)弯管机，具有符合动态力学原理之高刚性机械结构设计及精密工艺水平，在兼具结构强度下，简洁的曲手及弯曲机头设计提供了最大之弯管空间，使机台干涉范围降至最低。搭配自动化程序操控系统，可确保高难度之各型钢管弯曲工作皆能轻易达到大量生产及高精密度之双重要求。
采用日本MITSUBISHI 伺服日本三菱高性能PLC+多轴运动控制器+光纤通信。
弯管采用高精密齿轮组搭配高精密减速机传动，具有精度高、刚性强。可达到最佳传动效能，重复精度可达±0.03mm及低噪音和长寿命。送料、转角传动采用减速机直连齿轮传动机构，重复定位精度高、寿命长。
